We are looking for an experienced automation test engineer with a strong career background to join our cloud-focused software company. As part of this role, you will be reporting to the Manager over GDS India and collaborating closely with both the customer and internal teams. Your main responsibilities will revolve around automation testing and other testing activities. Acting as a consultant, your role will involve delivering automated testing services to our customers. It is important for you to be a proactive communicator and adhere to processes in order to effectively create, enhance, debug, run test scripts, and actively participate in the defect management process.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

·       Design, Develop and Execute Automated test scripts using automation testing frameworks and tools.

·       Collaborate with different stake holders to identify test requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.

·       Analyse test results, identify root cause of failed test cases and work with respective teams for the resolution.

·       Create and maintain the test data for the scripts.

·       Participate in preparation of test Strategy, plan, and estimations.

·       Continuously improve the automation testing processes and methodologies.

·       Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing.

Required Skills

·       Experience in Automating testing using Selenium.

·       Strong proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.

·       Experience with version control systems and continuous integration tools (Git & Jenkins).

·       Knowledge of software testing principles, techniques, and best practices.

·       Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       4-6 year of experience in automation testing using Selenium.

·       Any graduation degree

·       Basic Java programming skills
