Opis i wymagania
As a consultant at Infor you will be responsible for providing functional solutions and industry best practices guidance with recommendations, which includes process validation with a focus on planning and manufacturing execution business processes, leading workshops, support the customer through all the testing phases, carry out customer end user training on Infor ERP software, technologies, and tools in accordance with the Infor standard implementation methods. As a consultant you will also be responsible for developing ongoing, successful business relationships with our customers.
You will be a part of the GPS (Global Professional Services) team in the United Kingdom working with our customers to implement Infor LN CloudSuites Manufacturing software and industry-standard processes to improve business efficiency, increase customer service, and create frameworks for enhanced collaboration helping our customers in their digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities, Experiences:
- Contribute to the full life cycle customers facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working collaboratively as part of an Infor Project team.
- Provide customers with integration and industry expertise as well as “best practice” recommendations; act as an advisor to Infor customers regarding best practices and how to enable their Infor solution for making their processes and way of working more efficient.
- Participating as a team player, building strong relationships with the customer, and acting as their trusted advisor.
- Facilitating and leading customer workshops, providing guidance, assistance, and training to team members and customer employees to provide solutions based on industry best practices.
- Support the customer within your sphere of influence with Organisational change management
- Attending Infor personal development and training sessions to enhance skills and further your career, growth, and development.
- Keeping informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Business processes in the following industry/areas: Discrete Manufacturing Industry, Planning and Manufacturing execution with a link to Warehousing, Procurement and Supply chain.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills. (Verbal and written) as well as strong Presentation skills.
- You will hold extensive ERP implementation experience, ERP certifications for example SAP ERP Business Process Integration or Oracle’s SaaS ERP (a nice to have)
