As part of the Infor Global Professional Services Team, Revenue Management Consultants oversee the successful implementation of all Infor Hospitality RMS applications (currently EzRMS, RMS Pro and HAi).
They are responsible for conducting implementation projects, provide qualitative Revenue Management consultancy, perform adequate system configuration, and deliver accurate system knowledge and education.
Revenue Management Consultants are primarily working with new Hotels & Resorts clients, but also with existing customer upgrading their systems or ordering additional billable services.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Coordinating all Installation Project Phases with clients and internal Teams.
- Completing Installation Tasks including Systems’ Setup, Testing and Delivery.
- Willingness to alternate between two shift schedules (7am to 3pm & 2pm to 10pm)
- Working closely with Technical Solutions and RMS Support teams.
- Taking responsibility / ownership of the resolution of possible technical incidents occurring during implementation projects, working with relevant Technical Teams.
- Assist Sales when needed with expert product advice.
- Helping with Documentation, Materials and Internal Reporting.
- Perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require.
- Handling most internal and external communications in English, including emails, phone calls, and meetings
