Position Summary

To support our growth, Infor needs to improve the enablement, quality and processes around delivery. This role supports projects and the practice in achieving Infor time to value goals, improving customer satisfaction and investment in the team with development of practice specific materials aligned to the CES education team strategy. The role will also focus on the quality of our responses to customers for deals, with a specific objective of improving win rates.

A Day In the Life…

This person will work with project teams on projects to devise best strategies for data migration, to include considerations for future state as well as in-flight records. Considerations will also include data duplication and quality analysis and recommendations, as well as documenting data cleansing opportunities and recommended methods. Will work with Solutions team to devise best practice approaches for IA and projects where IA is only partially implemented or is not feasible for the customer.

  • Consulting and implementing Public Sector solutions

  • Education team strategy collaboration
  • Mapping out processes
  • Enablement, processes for solutions delivery
  • Time to value goals
  • An understanding of SQL would be extremely helpful to communicate well with the offshore team and what they’re looking for.
