Position Summary

As a Dev Business Analyst, the role requires the essential skills to create, manage, update business requirements such as User Stories, assessing of feature gaps, and documentation.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

§  Gathering and Creation of new requirements using Agile methodologies

§  Refinement of requirements in scrum team

§  Documentation of processes new and existing

§  Serve as business advisor to Product Owner and Scrum team on viable approach to requirements

§  Facilitate dialogue between scrum teams and Product owner

§  Ensuring implementation meets the requirements developed

 

 

 

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

·       A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.

·       A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

·       Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

·       The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

·       Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills.

·       Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

·       Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

·       Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

·       A track record of following through on commitments.

·       Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

·       Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.

·       A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
