Position summary

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Infor you will have the unique opportunity to join a successful, experienced team who contribute to the development of amazing digital solutions in the cloud! In this case, you'll be heavily involved in optimizing the quality of Infor LN; An industry specific, enterprise Manufacturing Solution that streamlines business processes for customers in the Automotive, Discrete Manufacturing and Aerospace & Defense industries!

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the multi-disciplinary, international Quality Assurance Project Team.

Our customers are running in the cloud and are receiving frequent updates in real time. Within this pivotal role, you'll support them in ensuring that these updates do not negatively impact their business operations! In addition, you'll be manually testing new features, creating and monitoring automated regression tests, and driving our quality first Development approach with the wider team!

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop an understanding of the industry’s usage of Infor/ERP LN applications.
• Learn new features and concepts through self-learning.
• Perform any QA related tasks such as Test Preparation, Test Execution and Test Automation.
• Closely cooperate with different teams and stakeholders in different time zones.
• Participate in reviews of test scripts within the test group.
• Learn and use automated testing tools and test frameworks for automated functional testing.

What do you need to have:

• Preferably some experience with or preference for working with ERP software.
• Experience as tester is a pre, not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
• A passion to improve things and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and a clear focus on quality
• Exposure to one or more of the following industries: Maintenance and Repair, Discrete Manufacturing, Warehouse, Logistics, Shop Floor, Supply Chain and/or Production environment. With exposure to software including ERP, as well as optional areas such as MRP, SCM, MES, WMS as a bonus.
• A passion for improving software, and closely aligned to the benefits this provides to Infor customers.

What Will Put You Ahead?

• Testing knowledge is not mandatory but is a plus - we will teach you the product, test tools and Infor processes.
• Degree or Masters educated, would be a bonus, in particular studies around Logistics Management, Supply Chain, APICS/CPIM; or studies focused on and in a manufacturing environment.
