The Learning Program Manager role will focus on Onboarding and Infor Kick Start program, managing respective learning program strategies for key learning categories across multiple personas to support the transformation of skills and capabilities for employees. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, analyze data and metrics, and collaborate on insights to create, refine, and improve the global program.
You will define and manage program success criteria and scope and priorities; then monitor programs from initiation to execution.
Close collaboration with learning stakeholders is critical to succeed in this role. Stakeholders include Industry General Managers, Learning Portfolio Managers, and other Infor internal groups, including Education Services Delivery, Product Management and Engineering, Customer Support, Sales, Consulting, and more.

Reporting to Sr Director, Learning Programs you will work alongside other Learning Program Managers to drive proactive cross-functional alignment and tactical and strategic leadership to ensure program goals are successfully designed and executed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Learning Categorical Program Strategy to serve multiple Stakeholders across the Learning Lifecycle
- Support a global workforce; Must be willing to, at times, work off hours to participate in conference calls/meetings across multiple time zones.
Experience and Skills:
- Strong work experience in Program/Project/Product Management
- Experience developing Product or Program strategies end to end.
- Experience doing needs assessments, building strategy documents, gathering roadmap requirements, identifying key milestones and reporting on program metrics.
- Working knowledge of agile principles and writing user stories
- Ability to assess the data to demonstrate goal achievement.
- Passion for customer, internal and partner enablement and its impact on Infor overall
- Excellent communication (oral, written, and listening) at all levels, including senior executives, technical experts, peers, customers, partners, and employees.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Fluent English speaker
