The Senior Consultant is responsible for implementing Customer Order Management (COM) functions on Infor Consulting Services M3 implementation projects. This is a billable consulting role that plays a key role in project execution. Infor Consultants collaborate with clients to implement Infor software and recognized industry solutions, focusing on cost management, customer service improvement, and business process optimization. The job holder will provide business process and application consulting services, including process design, application configuration, testing, and client training on Infor software, technologies, and tools.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
- Assist in the realization of business benefits for clients.
- Participate in full life cycle client-facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor Project team.
- Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
- Configure a client business solution.
- Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations.
- Provide training to client’s key and end users.
- Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice.
- Provide regular internal reports on the status of projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales Order Management business processes within an ERP system, which may include: Pricing strategies, Costing models, Bonus/Commission structures, Discount management, Supplier Rebates, Quotation management, Trade Agreements, and Sourcing Rules.
- Experience in multiple ERP implementation projects, with focus on Customer Order Management.
- Experience in full ERP lifecycle implementations as a Sales Order Management Consultant, with responsibilities including process design, system configuration, team leadership, and client engagement.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in ERP implementations with direct client interaction, including facilitating client workshops.
- Experience in the following industry segments: Food & Beverage, Distribution, or Manufacturing, with hands-on ERP configuration and process optimization.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to travel up to 75% throughout North America (US and Canada), based on project needs.
- Experience with Infor M3 Sales Order Management Modules including Integration with Credit Card processors.
- Knowledge of Order to Cash, Infor Sales hub and Customer Lifecycle Management processes in Infor M3.
- Experience with Infor OS and Various Customer Order Management Integrations. (Cenpos/EDI/GoSimple/Salesforce)
