Description & Requirements

Ensure that Infor’s leadership in industries such as Automotive, Distribution, Food & Beverage (Mexico), and Industrial Manufacturing, are well represented in Latin American publications.

Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective PR programs in the region, collaborating with marketing colleagues to support regional and industry-specific marketing campaigns, managing 4 PR agencies in the region, developing a variety of PR materials such as news releases and bylined articles, supporting Infor’s presence at key industry trade shows and events, ensuring that Infor and Koch policies are followed.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes: 

  • Establish effective working relationships with marketing and sales colleagues in the region, and with LATAM business leaders, including the Infor VP & GM for Latin America.
  • Assist in planning, managing, and executing deliverables for Infor’s presence at key industry trade shows and regional events. Partner with Infor events & marketing teams to execute regional event strategy.
  • Identify and pursue speaking opportunities for Infor business leaders, in conjunction with online or physical events in the region.
  • Engage with internal clients and business leaders in the region to ensure alignment with business goals and to identify storylines to pitch to target publications covering key industries/geographic markets.
  • Manage 4 Infor PR agencies in the region, which support PR activities in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B public relations, in agency or corporate environments.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish & Portuguese.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, including firm grasp of Associated Press (AP) style.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of media outreach, media landscape, online/social media channels.
  • Event planning and management skills, including third-party trade show experience.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations, assignments, and deadlines.
  • Ability to travel 10 %.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of technology industry and enterprise software preferred.
  • Knowledge of webinar publishing tools (ON24, Cvent) a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
