Position Summary

 

Seeking a skilled Events Planner and Webinar Producer to coordinate Infor third-party events and produce webinars (live, simu-live, and pre-recorded).  Candidates will serve as producer and director, ensuring that content runs smoothly and that speakers are prepared and following Infor brand and speaker best practices.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

As a Webinar Producer, candidate should be a versatile communications professional who can plan and coordinate the preparation timeline and the final production of high-quality and engaging webinars. This will require the candidate to be a well-rounded project manager that contributes holistically to audience engagement strategy, execution, and performance analysis.  Candidate will project manage the planning and set up of each webinar using ON24 Elite studio.  Candidate will also be responsible for leading facilitation of the webinar production, including finalization of program and visual aids, recording and quality control.  Possessing post-production editing skills are a plus.

As an Events Planner, candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all the deliverables for Infor’s presence at key industry trade shows and regional events.

The role of the candidate also includes, but not limited to, planning overall presence and booth display, tracking and monitoring to approved budget allocation, outlining key deliverables for each event, ensuring all deadlines are met and executed on brand, and providing all key stakeholders and teams a consistent and complete update on progress.  Candidate will project manage the end-to-end trade show event (pre-, during-, and post-event), with regular team meetings and communication updates. 

Pre-Event – Duties may include handling related deliverables for event promotion, giveaways, booth creative   production, staffing, registration, activation requests and venue sourcing, housing and travel coordination, conference/meeting rooms, team meetings, communication updates, pre-event meetings and presence overview, purchasing and shipping supplies, research options for ancillary events, budget set up and tracking,   all event logistics working with agencies, creative and exhibitor services.

Onsite Event – Duties may include managing production move-in and move-out of exhibit hall, demo stations, lead capture, meeting room scheduling, ancillary events, onsite staff, and overseeing booth dismantle and return shipping.

Post-Event – Organize and capture feedback from internal stakeholders in a debrief call, summarize key takeaways, and complete budget reconciliation and analysis for ROI.

Prefer college degree or related work experience.

Possessing post-production video editing skills are a plus. Knowledge or experience within ON24, Cvent or similar webinar/digital events tools is a preferred.

             Ability to manage multiple projects and balance priorities

             High level of attention to detail on various programs

             Third-party trade show experience a plus

             Knowledge of webinar publishing tools (ON24, Cvent) a plus

             Brainstorming and collaborating with a creative team

             Positive attitude and creative problem-solving under pressure

             Strong interpersonal team skills

             Ability to work independently as well as collaborate as a cross-functional team member

             Ability to travel 10-20%

What Will Put You Ahead?

Prefer college degree or related work experience.
