Description & Requirements

Infor is seeking an OCM Principal Consultant for our Business Transformation Practice. This individual will lead work on projects, individually or with a team, to help our clients with their organizational transformation initiatives. Our Change consultants are expected to be thought leaders and advisors to our clients to help enable their strategic initiatives. In addition to project work, our consultants are influential in the growth of our practice. Principal Consultants actively lead internal initiatives such as new solutions, IP creation, practice operations, and people development.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Engaging with client leadership (i.e., C-suite, Executives), mid-level management, and front-line employees in identifying key risks, issues, contingency plans, and timelines for technology implementations

• Collaborating with Infor and Client Project Managers on integrating OCM work into overall project delivery

• Manage, lead, and coach a small team of OCM resources and/or offshore training content developers • Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to understand needs, solve problems, generate analysis and insights, and develop innovative solutions across organizational boundaries

• Design, lead, and facilitate large or complex group meetings either in-person or remotely • Collect, analyze, and present quantitative and qualitative data to generate fact-based recommendations and measurement of progress


Required skills:

• Deep practical experience in Organization Change (e.g., change management, organizational strategy and design, and/or organizational development) preferably in a consulting role or direct leadership experience

• Experience in change management, organizational design, or business process transformations, as well as areas such as communications, training and support, and leadership engagement

• Experience with large, complex, and/or global project or workstream management

• Proven ability to perform and manage work to meet stakeholder needs and objectives within the scope and budget

• Experience with training development tools (e.g., uPerform, Adobe Captivate, Workforce Performance Builder, UPK, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree, such as an MBA, other related Master’s degree, or Ph.D. in a business discipline (i.e., organizational behavior, organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, or other relevant disciplines)

• Familiarity with sales efforts of change management and transformation engagements (e.g., proposal development, RFP responses, etc.)

• CCMP and/or Prosci certification

• Experience in Organizational Strategy and Design

• Experience in manufacturing/distribution or healthcare industries
