Infor HR Talent team is passionate about providing quality and outstanding customer experience in the software we deliver. We are seeking for like-minded, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to build upon our organization’s quality goals.
Infor HRT Talent is a comprehensive suite of HCM software featuring HR-related business processes interconnected with multiple talent management disciplines.

What you will need:
  • At least 6 months to 1 year experience in all stages of application testing
  • experience in test automation tool or any programming language
  • Knowledgeable of SDLC
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written. (will be working with counterpart teams)
  • Good Analysis skills
  • Work well with the team
  • Can adapt to fast pacing changes
What Will You Put Ahead?
  • Graduate of any computer related course
  • Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
  • Background in Agile Methodology
  •  Knowledge of HCM Domain is a plus 
  • Knowledge in API Testing
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

Taking care of QA activities including but not limited to

  • Requirement analysis
  •  Test Case Creation (Manual and Automation)
  • Sprint Testing (Manual and Automation)
  • Test Case Review (Manual and Automation)
  • Bug reporting and QA Documentation
  • Scrum meetings (Daily scrum updates, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, Backlog grooming, etc.)
