Revenue Operations Technology Associate
Location: Hyderabad, IndiaPosition Summary
At Infor, our sellers depend on having a well-defined technology infrastructure and carefully crafted strategy in place. This dedicated team plays a pivotal role globally to oversee, maintain, and optimize critical aspects of our technology stack management and deployment, content management, strategy planning, and governance. Our objective is to evolve into Subject Matter Experts for the tools we utilize including Outreach, SFDC, and Clari. Additionally, our tasks also encompass reporting on tool adoption, performance, evaluation of Go-to-Market (GTM) effectiveness and supporting enablement to provide key training and best practice. We actively contribute to the optimization and expansion of revenue-generating technology infrastructure and content distribution.

Key Responsibilities
- Become a driving force behind revenue-generating technology infrastructure and content distribution
- Provide expertise in various tools and platforms, e.g., Outreach, SFDC, Clari, Showpad
- Oversee and manage critical aspects of technology infrastructure and strategy globally
- Technology stack management and deployment
- Content management, strategy, and governance (excluding content creation)
- Serve as a Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on technology solutions
- Support various areas of the business, including:
- Report on tool adoption, performance, GTM effectiveness
- Provide enablement training and strategy
- Oversee and optimize content management and distribution, including:
- Ensure content architecture is clear, intuitive and applied consistently to all assets
- Ensure that all assets are using consistent templates (where available) and on brand
- Understand and apply meta-data architecture correctly to all assets
- Manage content lifecycle – work with owners of expired assets to update or delete them
- Provide content analytics to content owners to help them manage the portfolio of content
Key Requirements/Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, taking ownership for delivery
- Very proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work effectively with different cultures and geographies across multiple time zones
- Ability to identify and offer improvement to workflow, efficiency, and quality of technical content development and editing
- Ability to learn quickly and flexibility to move easily from document to document, project to project, and priority to priority
- 1+ years of experience using tools such as Outreach, SFDC, Clari, Showpad
- Experience using internal style guides and standards
- Bachelor's degree in English, technical communication, journalism, communications, business, or a related field
