The Software Engineer, Associate must have the ability to execute web application development projects with minimal technical direction.

The Software Engineer, Associate must be able to produce high-quality, high-performance software that meets company’s software development standards. Needs to be actively involved in discussions to meet schedules and resolve issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering or related field
  • Open for fresh graduates or at least 1-2 years working experience in web application development
  • Working experience with Java and Javascript (ES6 and up), CSS3 and HTML5
  • Problem-solving, interviewing, elicitation and fact-finding skills
  • Performs integration testing and systems testing of new development work
  • Basic database concepts like Rdms
A day in the life:
  • Engage in development tasks aligned with your current skill level and growth trajectory
  • Participate in collaborative discussions with US-based counterparts
  • Maintain and update application code across Java, .NET, and JavaScript
  • Deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines
  • Ensure quality deliverables that meet task specifications
