JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Development Support Engineer to join our growing Infor OS (Infor Operating Service) organization. Infor OS is a foundational cloud platform that provides horizontal technology services across all of Infor’s Cloudsuites.
You would be joining a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional team composed of business analysts, developers, architects, product owners and quality assurance analysts delivering a portfolio of world-class products. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Technical troubleshooting of the Customer reported issues for the Infor OS API Gateway.
· Collaborate with Development team to understand the functionality/issue background when needed.
· Assist Development team with the deployments of the software in DEV environments.
· Set up and monitor performance metrics for the production workloads.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· An undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent experience
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Understanding of SOAP/Restful APIs
· Experience with API testing using tools like Postman/Ready API.
· Ability to quickly grasp concepts, analyze problems and provide innovative solutions.
· Understanding of JIRA
· Basic understanding of Databases (MSSQL/MYSQL/POSTGRESQL)
· Experience with monitoring and logging tools like splunk, sumo logic or equivalent.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
· Working experience in AWS
