Description & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
- MUST have a passion for technology, self-motivated, process-oriented, and values workmanship.
- Good knowledge in the ff.
- Java/J2EE development
- Software Development Life Cycle
- Can execute SQL scripts.
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
- ERP business processes
- Maven, XML and GitLab
- Agile Development Methodology (Scrum and Kanban)
- CICD tools – Python, Jenkins
- Test automation scripting using Selenium, Ranorex or similar tools
- General web development skills including HTTP/HTTPS, HTML, CSS, and XPATH
- Experience working within a large, cross-regional development organization.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Performs maintenance on existing products both on cloud and on-prem.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows company standards for product quality and maintainability
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues reported by users or quality assurance.
- Assist in the documentation of software features, functionality, and user guides.
- Obtains peer review of the code.
- Provides analysis of current program functionality.
- Performs code improvements to eliminate program errors while maintaining application functionality.
- Recommends design alternatives to enhance the performance and functionality of application software.
- Performs unit, integration, and system tests and works with Business and QA analysts to help perform regression test and system tests.
- Performs test automation scripting using proprietary tools for the purpose of quality assurance.
- Works with Business Analysts to document the final implementation of the design.
- Understands basic development and customer business processes applicable to the application. This includes development, build, and release process.
- Stay up to date with the latest software development trends, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and best practices.
