A Day In The Life Includes:

• Engage in sales discovery calls and sales visits alongside the sales teams to gain a deep understanding of customer requirements and challenges.
• Work closely with customers and prospects to capture and document their requirements, leading requirement-gathering sessions (either remotely or on-site) to ensure we accurately understand their needs.
•  Contribute to the configuration and maintenance of our demo suites, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with the latest product features and capabilities. This will enable you to deliver compelling demonstrations to customers and prospects.
• Contribute to RFx documents from prospects, showcasing our solution's value proposition and competitive advantages.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations tailored to meet customer requirements. 
• Provide relevant solution consulting support in marketing events and conferences. 
• Participate in delivering internal product training sessions, sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance their understanding of our MES solution.

Basic Qualifications:

• Familiar with MES/MOM, or you have gained experience with related applications such as OEE, QMS, EAM, WMS, SCADA, and ERP.
• Discovery skills to identify customers' needs to develop solutions. 
• Presenting to customers or prospects, ability to engage and connect with your audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical background.
• Familiarity with modern manufacturing processes.
