To catapult Infor’s growth ambition, we seek a strategy-to-execution-oriented Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to create breakthrough messaging in the market for Infor’s Healthcare ERP and Cloverleaf’s Healthcare data interoperability solutions. This key role will report to a Sr. Director of Solution Marketing and partner closely with Product Management, Customer Success, Services, Sales, and GTM teams to deliver on our vision. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced solution marketer to own a $1Bn revenue business and contribute to doubling the revenue in 4 years.
A Day in the Life Includes:
Messaging and Storytelling - Own messaging, and narrative for this specific vertical to elevate product features & capabilities to customer outcomes and business benefits. Develop clear, compelling healthcare industry specific content, based on challenges and solutions that resonate with customers and prospects
Product Launch - Lead development of content and assets to support bi-annual product release launches (April, October).
Partner on Integrated Marketing Efforts - Partner across Marketing and other functions to develop thought leadership content, improve Infor positioning in analyst relations evaluations, marquee customer references and select content for use in events.
Infor.com content experience - Own digital content experience outcomes for product pages on .com, with accountability for conversion rate optimization and lead generation. This person will focus on the core content experience and
get a lot of support from web specialists for SEO and other backend elements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in product marketing or other customer-facing roles for ERP or B2B business applications.
- Experience in messaging, positioning, and building high-value content assets.
- Experience collaborating among Sales, Product, GTM, Presales, Customer Success, Industry Strategists, and Enablement teams.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer experience in ERP or Healthcare data interoperability software solutions, but this is not a hard criterion.
- Data-driven focused, leveraging the qualitative and quantitative voice of the customer insights to inform solution marketing strategy
- Experience presenting to Executive / CxO level audience.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
