Account Manager, Sr. – Cloverleaf

The Cloverleaf Account Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and driving interoperability opportunities to successful closes. A complete understanding of Healthcare Providers is required as you position Infor solutions to targeted customers in the Life Sciences space and net new opportunities. You must be capable of developing executive level relationships and driving sales through opportunity planning, executive involvement, and value selling.

Territory: United States

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of software solutions to address business pains of Healthcare Providers specific to Interoperability.  Focus will be on driving sales for the Cloverleaf suite of products.
  • Interaction with customers and prospects to sell Enterprise Clinical Interoperability solutions – activities include cold calling and other lead generation methods.
  • Manage complex sales cycles while working with virtual sales teams including account executive, pre-sales, development, professional services, lead generation, partners and support.
  • Exceed sales quota – maintain forecast, pipeline and status updates in CRM.
  • Use cold calling and networking techniques to pursue net new business.
  • Work closely with professional services team to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Capacity to create trusted relationship opening new account.
  • Demonstrate Leadership and drive strategyinternally and externally


Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience selling complex solutions into Healthcare Providers
  • Hunter-mentality.  Able to create opportunities where there are none and win new clients
  • Strong negotiations and closing skills
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of customers including C-level executives
  • A team player with the ability to lead virtual sales teams while building strong peer and interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to work with multiple customers of all sizes
  • Creative ability to run your own campaigns in coordination with call efforts
  • Ability to travel 50%


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Membership in Healthcare groups/Societies
  • History of working with Big 5 consulting firms and top market influencers to close large MM deals
  • Previous experience working on an Integrations Team within the IT department of a large health system organization
  • Previous experience selling or working with Cloverleaf competitive solutions: Rhapsody, Orion, Intersystems, Lyniate, Microsoft, or Epic
  • Strong understanding of the Cloudsuite offerings
  • Outstanding verbal and writing, communications, and interpersonal skills
