The Account Manager is responsible for promoting and selling Infor products by nurturing and developing opportunities within existing Infor Healthcare clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving both company and personal quotas. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans that provide leads, managing assigned accounts, and understanding customers’ business issues and design strategies. This individual has knowledge of, and experience selling into, the Healthcare industry.
Territory: Named accounts in NY metro, Baltimore, New England areas
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Work closely with existing clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
- Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the value, competitive advantages, resources and processes to clients.
- Generate pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent annual quota achievement.
- Challenge your clients and prospects to think differently by developing compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
- Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans. Establish, document, and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience selling technology business solutions into Healthcare related industries.
- Experience establishing and managing executive level customer relationships across an organization.
- Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
- Experience developing business relationships with extended team members to drive sales.
- Previous success in achieving or exceeding assigned quotas.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience managing sales processes within existing accounts.
- Experience working cross functionally in a matrix-management environment with extended team members.
- Previous experience within the SI partner community.
