Early Talent program

During this program, you will gain knowledge about our Cloud solutions, Implementation methodology, Consulting Skills, and Industry business practices. The program is cross-functional and focuses on business processes. Throughout the program, you will learn how to create functional and/or technical solutions to address our customer’s needs. 


The trainee program is 12 months long and combines customer projects with education where you get to meet trainees from all over EMEA. Throughout the program, you will learn to innovate, improve, and transform yourself into a skilled Consultant. 


As a consultant, you will help customers to benefit from our world-class Cloud solutions for companies within the Distribution, Food & Beverage, and Manufacturing industries. 

What does the Early Talent program at Infor look like?

It is a cross-functional program focusing on business processes, techniques, methods, and IT solutions. This will give you a solid foundation in running innovative local and global Infor projects from both an IT and a business perspective. By the end of the program, you will be ready to work as an Associate Consultant in many of our different and exciting customer projects. 

It’s an international environment where you will interact with instructors and other Early Talents from EMEA. You are always in an international context as many of the projects are cross-border. All education will be given in English.

The program duration is 12 months and consists of both training in our academy and working on projects in order to provide you with hands-on experience in several key business areas. In addition to training in business processes, applications, and Industry solutions, you will also get a broad introduction to Infor, our values, and how we operate. All are designed to enable you to grow and develop, both professionally and personally, to give you the best start at Infor.

Technical Consultant  Profile, Skills, and qualifications

  • Solution analysis and design for new functionality as well as improvement of existing business functionality.
  • Work with the entire system development life cycle, from the drawing board to an executable feature.
  • Requirement and business process understanding.
  • Technical analyses and implementation.
  • Implement architectural improvement, refactoring, and defect correction using Java.
  • Assist and guide colleagues as an M3 application expert.
  • Frequent checkoffs, workshops, and discussions.

  • Curiously takes on challenges with a positive attitude and takes joy in continuous learning.
  • A genuine interest in IT and software development
  • Creatively addresses big-picture problems with a detailed-minded solution approach
  • A team player with the ability to take the initiative of your own. 
  • Ability to structure and work independently.

Start date: This edition of the Early Talent Program starts in October 2023.
