Description & Requirements


·       Configuring Point of Sales, Kiosk, Tablets, Printers, Scanners, and various peripherals

·       Repairing and testing all of the above

·       Troubleshooting customers networks

·       Creating, testing, and running ad hoc software scripts

·       Mentoring customers on the use of the hardware systems installed at customer sites

·       Mentoring customers on basic troubleshooting

·       Working with several third-party teams

·       Electrical assembly


·       Previous experiences with computer technology

·       Excellent customer service skills

·       Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

·       Able to work directly with customers in a remote environment

·       Strong analytical software troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications:

·       A+ certification,

·       Technical post secondary degree/diploma

·       Or equivalent experience
