Description & Requirements


Provides operations support from a wide variety of client organizations and external groups and perform the necessary support required to resolve issues 

  • Proactively maintain system stability through monitoring and proactive maintenance of environments.
  • Morning shift

Design and maintain tools to automate operational processes and support full automation testing

  • Expand upon existing automation to include additional manual or inefficient processes.

Work with your team to drive process improvements, test-driven development, and DevOps practice

Performs other duties as assigned

Successfully completes training requirements based on career development plan and assists in the development and training of others


  • 3-8 years’ experience as Devops Engineer
  • System administration experience in Linux
  • AWS for cloud experience is required
  • Scripting knowledge and experience is required (Python, Bash)
  • Knowledge and experience in monitoring tools (Sumologic)
  • Formal education and experience in Computer Information systems (or related field) and customer service
  • History with customer service-related positions or experiences
  • Must have a high degree of technical knowledge to understand the environment.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from other departments and from all levels of the organization


  • Strong knowledge in AWS services including but not limited to EC2, Systems Manager, Lambda, CloudFormation, Cloudwatch, IAM, S3.
  • Proficient in scripting using Python
  • Knowledge in other scripting tools like Bash, Perl
  • Knowledge in Linux system administration
  • Knowledge in using Git
  • Knowledge in monitoring tools like SumoLogic
  • Knowledge in Saltstack is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge in DB administration is a plus but not required
  • Thrive in an energetic, mission critical environment
  • Ability to triage and apply common processes to your day to day activities
  • Driven, energetic, and an eager to learn individual who is looking to grow their career
  • Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • A Team player and can work effectively within group environments and collaboration projects
  • Attention to detail is a must
