Position Summary

The Enablement Manager supports the work of the Centre of Excellence by leading projects around process improvement, system functionality and enablement to ensure good uptake and governance of new initiatives across the CX and CES group.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Managing the Sharepoint site ‘CS Atlas’ to ensure ease of use and accurate content
  • Working with stakeholders to understand current needs and initiatives
  • Scheduling and leading live coaching sessions for CX and wider CES participants
  • Onboarding new hires into the CS and wider teams including delivering training on the activities, tools and processes for their role.
  • Monitoring adoption of new initiatives and providing follow-up

Basic Qualifications:

  • This person needs to be a respected colleague with great networking skills. 
  • Good communication skills essential and a passion for employee engagement and enablement. 
  • Ability to self-motivate and pursue input from a disparate groups of stakeholders by being excellent at relationship building.
  • Clear thinking with the ability to take in information and transform it into effective training material

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internal knowledge of Infor will be helpful. 
  • Background in Customer Success or Service Delivery an asset.
  • Bonus points for a willing to, at times, work off hours to participate in conference calls/meetings across multiple time zones
  • Tenacity, an ability to retain information and an open-mind are all beneficial qualities for the role.
