Beskrivning och krav

Answering questions from Infor customers on functional aspects of the Infor M3 software product, mainly within the modules of Finance such as Accounts Payable, Receivables, General Ledger, Product Costing, Fixed Assets, etc, and Indian law-specific Finance functionality. Being fully responsible for the resolution of issues you are handling. 
Proactively keeping customers informed of how and when problems are resolved with a focus on retention and reference ability, documenting all information in required tracking systems. 
Responsible for appropriate referral to other departments, if necessary. 
Contributing and maintaining information in the global knowledge base. 
Developing product knowledge and identifying areas for further specialization.

Basic qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent discipline from an accredited college or university
Written and spoken English are necessary for this role. Other languages are a bonus.

Preferred Qualification: 
A strong background in Finance is essential. Any certifications and skills in Finance are advantageous. 
Experience in software support is not essential; however, a customer service mentality and a genuine desire to learn are vital to securing this position.
Infor M3 knowledge is preferred but not essential. 
Experience in the configuration of financial products is not necessary but is an advantage 
Strong problem solver with excellent team/partnering skills.
High degree of attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
