Beskrivning och krav

The Incentive Compensation Analyst will be a key participant in the preparation and calculation of commissions and bonus earnings for the sales teams of Infor.

Responsibilities Include
• Analysis and preparation of Accrual and Deferral data
• Preparation of monthly commission and bonus statements
• Accumulate and analyze sales data from multiple resources
• Prepare, format and upload sales, payroll and payment data into the Incentive Tracking System
• Generate, review and approve commission statements in the Infor Commission System
• Interact with internal Reps to resolve open commission and bonus issues
• Assist in monthly close process
• Participate on special projects and work with Development, and IT to create efficiencies within Infor’s 
commission system
• Ad Hoc reporting

Basic Qualifications
• Must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work under time pressure and maintain high level of accuracy
• Have strong written and oral communication skills
• Must be detail oriented
• A degree in Accounting, Finance or similar would be desirable, however not compulsory
