Description & Requirements
Infor® OS is a multi-tenant SaaS cloud operating platform that seamlessly connects services to provide a robust technology framework that serves as the foundation of innovation for the entire business ecosystem. One of its components is Data Lake, which allows our customers to store large amounts of data in it.
An important role in the architecture plays metadata, which describes data being fed into the system. We have 3 applications to handle them – DataCatalog, Metagraph and BODDesk. Catalog contains metadata of share objects. Metagraph provides value added on top of Catalog and provides visualization and modeling experience of relationships. BODDesk enables process control when publishing Business Object Documents. Our mission is to provide our customers best metadata experience in the industry.
The tech stack varies between apps, we’re constantly improving our software. At the moment we’re redesigning the Catalog to make it a cloud-native microservice with Java 17 and NoSQL. Will you accept the challenge and help us to make it happen? If you would like to take part in that process, do not hesitate to apply!
• Modernising architecture - from cloud ready SQL to cloud native NoSQL
• Testing - we do unit and integration testing to keep the quality of our product stack
• Scrum - software is built in iterations to deliver new features
• Methodology - we incorporate best practices of software development - TDD, CI, Code Reviews
• Cloud Native software developed according to The Twelve Factors
• Cooperation at a global scale - we have teams around the world, including the USA, Czech Republic, Poland
