Position Summary

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and activation of local in-region programs and events to generate qualified pipeline. We are looking for a person who can support the business on a 12 month contract and has strong skills in building relationships with respective field sales, alliance and channel partners, APAC-level and global marketing service delivery teams, and customers. The ideal candidate will have B2B marketing experience in the IT industry, have a solid understanding of persona-based buyer journey multi-channel demand generation to drive marketing generated pipeline aligned to the growth targets by industry and in focus accounts. We are looking for an experienced, commercially astute, high energy hands-on person, that has a proven track record of driving modern B2B demand generation programs that deliver strong economic ROI.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Participate in the strategic development of, and then execute the annual field marketing plan in alignment with budget, focus sales plays and pipeline targets for key industries
  • Budget, forecast, define, and implement integrated campaigns by quarter (across digital, social, email, webinars, events, BDR callouts, and account-based marketing to generate leads to meet business unit requirements)
  • Execute overall integrated marketing efforts: enrich the addressable market and develop campaigns in alignment with both local requirements and industry messaging to support the buyer journey through segmentation, lead acquisition and lead nurturing. Implement multi-touch nurture campaigns to move contacts through the buyer journey that generates pipeline for sales
  • Work with the wider marketing function such as BDRs, global creative, digital, operations and website teams. Gain a deep hands-on understanding of the Infor global martech stack and processes and create Pardot emails, landing pages, Smart Lists and Reports
  • Track and monitor the demand waterfall. Report and analyse demand generation results by program and tactic to marketing management and sales; measure the ROI of MQLs by tactic, type and pipeline value
  • Perform all tasks related to the strategy and design, then measurement and reporting of lead generation campaigns to drive scored MQLs including email, digital, social, webinars, and events
  • Identify and coordinate the creation of assets including customer stories, local relevant research papers, videos, thought leadership content. Ensure that the local Pacific website is regularly updated with localised and new content aligned to the focus industries
  • Work with 3rd party vendors, from the brief, design, service level agreement through to delivery and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Have a strong understanding of budgeting, accruals, forecasting; and have independent competence in using Infor marketing systems
  • Ensure that all data collection, use and processing practices that are part of the marketing function comply with local and corporate personal data protection requirements
  • Coordinates activities related to sales readiness in region: sales briefings, account profiling, BDR support, social amplification 

Knowledge and Skills, You Bring to the Organization

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or MBA or equivalent
  • Marketing Integrated Campaign Management experience in the B2B IT industry a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B lead generation and field marketing with knowledge and competency in modern marketing practices
  • 5+ years of competency and hands on experience using marketing automation (Pardot), CRM systems and Webinar Platforms
  • Relevant experience in driving lead generation through the buyer journey: TOF to BOF
  • A track record in event management, and digital campaigns such as content syndication, PPL, retargeting, nurture campaigns, always-on campaigns to top of funnel and social media
  • Excellent stakeholder management, working across multiple business units and geographies
  • Excellent written/verbal English and presentation skills with copywriting skills
  • Excellent analytical, time management and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent project and vendor management abilities
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing demands and market conditions
  • Commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a fast paced, growth environment
  • Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint experience mandatory
  • Previous success in marketing role for an enterprise B2B technology company
  • Experience in Account Based Marketing will be a plus
