As a Healthcare ERP Project Manager here at Infor, you will be responsible for managing teams from initiation through delivery for billable full-lifecycle healthcare implementation projects for our CloudSuite products. You’ll be accountable for managing the client project, ensuring that all targets and requirements are met, on schedule and within budget, while operating with minimal supervision. You’ll report to a Sr. Director and will focus your expertise and work efforts on the consistent delivery of Infor’s Healthcare solutions, including data migrations, interfaces and reporting depending on the client project at hand. These duties will be performed at customer’s site and remotely, ability to travel is expected. Other duties may include supporting the sales teams in a pre-sales capacity as needed.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Responsible for billable projects from initiation through delivery:
- Being accountable and ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget and confirm projects are completed according to agreed-upon plan.
- Keeping appropriate client and Infor resources informed of project progress, completing weekly Project Status Reports, dashboard reports, participating in weekly PM meetings and communicating appropriately with client project sponsors, client department leadership, and staff.
- Ensuring all project resources are identified, forecasted, and stafed.
- Completing timely and accurate client invoicing and monitors outstanding receivables.
- Provide team leadership including: building a team, motivating staff, aligning project requirements to resource competencies, delegating work assignments and monitoring performance.
Managing the Infor Consulting business through accurate project accounting:
- Maintaining project financial and project profitability, to include resource scheduling, revenue forecasting per project, billing reconciliations, expense report and time approval for project work, etc.
- Providing timely and accurate updates to all internal reporting and tracking systems.
- Ensuring all project resources are identified, forecasted, and staffed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Project lifecycle Project Management experience.
- Experience with ERP and cloud applications.
- Ability to manage to large implementation projects.
- Experience building relationships and communicating at the C-level.
- Travel up up to 50% at key phases of the project implementation.
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or other Project Management certification.
- Infor software products use or experience.
- Demonstrated business acumen in the Healthcare domain.
