Beskrivning och krav
The UX Insights team is looking for a passionate and energetic self-starter who can help transform Infor’s industry cloud experience. The UX Content Strategist will work in their assigned industries to deeply understand the end users: their goals, needs, workflows, and pain points.
The UX Content Strategist must also develop an understanding of Infor products and their functions/capabilities. From there, the UX Content Strategist will identify valuable content for users to enhance their productivity and accelerate their success. This means determining what and how information is surfaced on the screen as users complete their most important workflows, to create the most seamless experience possible.
The UX Content Strategist will iteratively drive change by adding to the backlogs of the design, content, research, and development teams. They’ll ensure that the UX roadmap includes meaningful UX enhancements to be prioritized at an organizational level.
The UX Content Strategist reports to the Director of UX Insights.
