Title:  Usability Analyst

Location: Remote, US

Role Summary:

Responsibilities:

            Partner with development, business analysts and product teams to create world-class Financial/Supply Chain software

            Proactively identify usability issues and participate in solution reviews

            Advocate for the user and effectively articulate and defend design decisions

            Document UI specifications for user interface designs and solutions for developers and business analysts to use when building software

            Engage in collaborative UX reviews with design and development peers

            Conduct UX analysis & research

            Digging deep into complex user problems and interfaces to create effective, meaningful, and efficient software

            Creating wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and prototypes

Basic Qualifications:

            Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/education experience

            0-2+ years’ experience in user experience design for software applications

            Familiarity with low and high-fidelity prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch)

            Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (preferred)

            Working knowledge of Figma (preferred)

            Experience in creating successful user experience design strategy, which meets user needs, business requirements and company brand promise

            Experience in implementing and using design systems
