Position Summary

The VP of Global Education & Enablement Programs will lead the enablement and education learning program strategy for customers, partners, and employees, including onboarding and professional skills, the early talent program, customer education, and product enablement at Infor. This leader will manage a team focused on designing core enablement and education programs to support key business stakeholder goals. The VP will be responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of all programs in collaboration with the VP of Learning Portfolio & Learning Product development, ensuring their team elicits stakeholder requirements to establish a comprehensive end-to-end strategy. They will work with internal and external stakeholders, analyze data and metrics, and collaborate on insights to improve enablement and create thoughtful programs based on industry-leading practices. They will define and manage overall program success criteria, scope, and priorities for learning program development; then ensure that their teams measure program effectiveness, making adjustments to defined programs to achieve expected outcomes. The VP drives proactive cross-functional and industry alignment at the executive level and provides strategic leadership to ensure program goals are successfully designed and executed by them and their direct reports.

The VP, Global Education & Enablement Programs works closely with the VP, Learning Products and Strategy, and the VP of Customer Experience and Learning Operations and reports to the SVP, Education & Enablement. In addition, this position will closely collaborate with stakeholders including Infor partners, customers, and Infor internal groups, including Education Services Delivery, Product Engineering, Support, Consulting, Marketing, Human Resources, Product Documentation, and Product Management.

 

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Develop and execute the program strategy for Infor Education & Enablement, in collaboration with the Engineering, Support, Consulting, Human Resources, Product Management, and the Education & Enablement leadership team.
  • Lead Learning Strategy and Go-to-Market best practices and governance to serve customer, partner, and employee enablement & education.
  • Analyze key business metrics and industry best practices, tools, processes, and options, present findings, and identify opportunities to improve the business.
  • Understand the technical & professional skills training needs of Infor customers, partners, and employees including needs specific to various roles and geographies, and support of Infor business and product vision.
  • Foster relationships with the various Infor learning stakeholders, collaborating to select required courses and appropriate titles, topics, and media for both learning and assessment.
  • Articulate, communicate, and publicize the roadmap for Education & Enablement programs and partner to add certification development and updates.
  • Retain, recruit, and manage a team of learning program leaders needed to manage key learning programs at Infor.
  • Propose and manage budget and resources consistent with the department’s vision and plans.
  • Partner with key leaders to drive program launch activities including customer marketing, stakeholder enablement, pricing, and revenue operations.
  • Interface with senior management to communicate status on critical programs and initiatives.

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

· Experience leading Enablement Programs, Customer Education, Education Content Development, and/or Certification teams for enterprise software companies

· Subject matter expertise in developing and designing sound enablement programs for a variety of audiences

· Creative, out-of-the-box thinker

· Proactive thought leader and change agent

· Passion for customer, internal, and partner enablement and its impact on Infor overall

· Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and cross-team dependencies

· Recruit and manage distributed (international) and co-located teams who have outstanding technical, communications, and project management skills

· Excellent communication (oral, written, and listening) at all levels, including senior executives, technical experts, peers, customers, partners, and employees

· Budgeting, resource planning, and project management

· Experience with modern Learning Experience Platforms and new learning modalities

· Some travel required as needed
