Beskrivning och krav
Provide application support to customers, answering questions on function and usage of products via various communication channels. Serves as primary support liaison between company and customer in a highly team-oriented environment. Conveys customer feedback to product development staff.
Essential Duties:
Resolves customer product issues focusing in achieving timely updates and resolution by utilizing analytical skills in problem interpretation, logs checking, replications and optimizing the assigned tracking system, support materials, communications channels, and tools.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Technical skills
- SQL knowledge
- Shell scripting
- Good Unix knowledge
- Understanding of Informix 4GL programming language
Functional skills
- Exposure to Retail applications
- Should have know-how of Infor ERP and WMS integration requirements.
- Exposure to Logistics applications
- Infor WM2000 WMS domain knowledge
- Work related exposure to working on Application support.
- Handling production support
Soft skills
- Good communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills & team play
- Motivated & self-starter
Preferred Skills
Experience in Warehouse Management / Logistics. Experience with Infor's EXE WMS2000 product is ideal.
