This role will help identify existing business processes that need to be addressed through the Infor LN ERP system and whether they need to be changed or improved in any way. The functional consultant will use the information provided by the client along with their own industry knowledge and specialization to judge the best solution for the client.

The consultant is responsible for providing a consultative approach to the successful and timely implementation of LN software for customers. The primary responsibility of the consultant, in this case, is to ensure that the integration/implementation process runs smoothly from start to finish. The consultant's goal is to ensure that all identified factors are considered during implementation. The consultant will also have to identify the possible gaps in the processes and the risks inherent in the implementation of the system.

A Day In The Life Includes: 

• Determines the functions of the ERP Infor LN to be implemented based on the detection of needs with the client's work teams.
• Perform consultations, analysis of business processes and observations to achieve the previous point.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to the system.
• Development and configuration of ERP LN solutions.
• Implement LN ERP solutions and ensure seamless system integration.
• Provide training and technical support to the end user of LN ERP.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Experience implementing ERP solutions with customers. 
• Experience working in international environments and with global customers.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Availability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Infor LN knowledge.
