Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Support Analyst to join our Global LN Finance Support Team. This team plays a critical role in supporting a wide customer base across APAC, the Middle East, and parts of Europe. As our LN customer base continues to grow on the cloud, this role is essential to maintaining high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain a deep understanding of LN product functionality and its real-world business applications.
  • Simulate and troubleshoot reported issues in customer environments and internal cloud tenants.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders (Development, GPS, CloudOps, IMS) to resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers on LN Finance modules.
  • Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Be flexible and available to work in shifts as per business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in ERP systems such as LN, SAP, or Oracle Apps.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes and ERP workflows.

Basic Qualifications:

  • CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA in Finance

or

  • Engineering background with relevant ERP experience
