We are seeking a Manager Associate Contact Data within Sales Operations team, to support a critical Contact Data Project in Salesforce (SFDC). This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize data integrity, train contractors, set performance benchmarks, and drive operational efficiency to enhance contact data and sales processes. 


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
 
  • Onboard and train contractors, set best practices and data management protocols, ensuring smooth integration into workflows.
  • Define KPIs and benchmarks to measure efficiency and impact.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to uphold data integrity and compliance.
  • Manage clear and effective communication between contractors and internal teams.
  • Motivate and mentor contractors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop a role progression structure to support long-term professional growth.


Required skills:
 
  • Proven experience in team management and enablement. 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data accuracy and integrity, with a results-driven mindset. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate diverse teams. 
  • Ability to drive initiatives and implement process improvements. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales Operations or Data Management, preferably with Salesforce (SFDC).
