The Vice President, Industry and Solution Strategy will play a key leadership role developing Infor’s strategic vision into tangible strategies, tactics, and outcomes. This individual will operate as a leader within the organization, focused on identifying and scaling best practices within and across Infor’s operational capabilities. Working cross-functionally, the individual will collaborate with business leaders, functional experts, and individual contributors to shape how Infor delivers industry specific value across industries, geos, and customer segments.

This role requires deep expertise in identifying best practices, the ability to de-construct complex concepts into actionable elements, experience incubating and scaling projects, and stakeholder leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, operational rigor, effective change management skills, and a passion for delivering tangible business value to customers.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Be a trusted advisor to leaders across a global organization, defining and leading strategic projects across the organization.
• Assess and recommend where and how Infor should deliver value across Industries, Geos, and Customer Segments.
• Capture first and third-party data and develop strategic insights and recommendations to inform how Infor operates across our capabilities, such as Global Professional Services.
• Define strategy KPIs and desired outcomes to ensure effective strategy governance and execution.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise software, industry strategy, or management consulting, with significant exposure to cloud technologies and SaaS models.
• Experience as a steering committee leader, and driving change through a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience leading through influence in a matrixed environment.
• Experience working with C-level stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in strategic consulting, particularly within the B2B software industry.
• Experience in strategy development and execution.
