This position will be part of the FSM Development team of Procurement modules – Purchase Order, Requisitions, Inventory Control, Warehouse, Order Entry, Billing, and Work Order. Using a proprietary language as its platform. He/she will be responsible for the development of new features or enhancements, maintenance or bug fixing of defects found, and triaging of customer issues through bug analysis with customer calls as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of development experience (programming)
• Solid background in Object-oriented programming language
• Database management/SQL knowledge
• Critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Decision-making; ability to make an independent and sound judgment
• Has good attention to detail – has critical eye to discover problems quickly
• Excellent communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking skills)
• Good collaboration with teammates

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

This includes having the ability to understand design documents, analyze internal and customer bugs, derive behaviors, do extensive testing on their changes, and collaborate with teammates and work with other teams. Aside from this, he/she should be able to present his understanding of the ticket and explain his code changes to the team during the daily code review sessions clearly and effectively. As a mid level developer, he/she should also be able to lead associate developers, handle customer reported issues and participate in customer calls for escalations as needed and be involved in design discussions.
