描述和要求

This role is required to support business users of LN, to ensure they can perform their business activities without interruptions, and also ensure the system is configured and used in the right way. A user might have issues in accessing required systems/environments, potentially due to authentication, Role authorization etc. Consultant is expected to communicate/assist the users to resolve the issues. Additionally this role is expected to resolve issues with configuration of Infor OS, ION and other Infor applications for Role/Authorization information sync and SSO. User satisfaction is the key measures of success for this role

Experience and Qualification:

  •   4 to 6 years of ERPLN/Baan / any ERP applications/  Reporting tools/ Business intelligence/ IIS/ ION/Infor OS/IDM/Web Applications Administration/Factory Track Administration.
  •      B. Tech/B. E/MCA/M.Tech

Responsibility:


·    Baan/ ERPLN/ any ERP applications/  Reporting tools/ Business intelligence/ IIS/ ION/Infor OS/ Web Application Administration/Factory Track Administration.

·      Installations, Configurations, Migrations, Archiving, DR Management, Integrations & Administration

·    Knowledge of authentication methodologies: Active Directory, Radius, Kerberos, or LDAP, ION, Infor OS,Mingle, Auto connect, PLM Applications will be a value add

·    Working Knowledge with LN Cloud Suite like CSIE

·    Working Knowledge on Factory Administration and Automotive Exchange Administration.

·    Working knowledge on OS platforms like Windows and Unix

·    Working knowledge on IDM and Data Fabric/DataLake will be value add

·      Good knowledge on Shell scripts, Perl, awk is value add

·      Working knowledge on any RDBMS such as SQL/Oracle/Informix/DB2

·     Good Troubleshooting skills

·      Ability to write clear documentation of operating procedures.
