Description & Requirements
Our M3 Consultants assist the realization of business benefits for clients and participate in full life cycle client-facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor Project team. They lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills & time management skills, as well as, strong oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Configure a client business solution
- Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations
- Provide training to clients’ key end users
- Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice.
- Achieve engagement objectives
- Provide regular internal reports on the status of projects
- Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions
Basic Qualifications:
- Industry expertise in Food and Beverage, Distribution and/or Discrete Manufacturing strongly preferred
- Project experience with Infor M3, an ERP-focused software specializing in Sales and Customer Order Management or other customer order/sales management software
- Full lifecycle Implementation ERP experience on major projects
- Experience in designing and developing functional specifications for integrations and extensibility
- Knowledge and experience in the application of ERP architecture engagement processes and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Significant customer-facing consulting experience
- Reliability and deadline-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team but also be a self-motivated team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships
- Excellent problem solving and analytic skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Remote from home location, with willingness to travel throughout North America (US and Canada) - approximate 50% travel
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
