Job Description:

Great opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including, not limited to, Product/Solution Managers, Software Engineering/Development Team, Support Organization, Services/consulting organization etc. The duties of an associate project manager may include: managing a working team during a project by tracking their responsibilities and progress, Communicating with stakeholders (including team members and clients), analyzing projects, identifying risks and forming risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, develop comprehensive project plans.
Collaborate with different stakeholders.
Leadership skills. Ability to provide guidance, motivation, and support to different teams to ensure high-performance levels and adherence to project milestones.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate requirements workshops and presentations.
Go Getter attitude.
Experience working in Jira tool- administering projects in Jira, creating dashboards, generating and analysing various reports from Jira.
MBA or an equivalent degree with experience in project management.
Scrum certification preferred.
