The Digital Strategist, Associate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting web data to optimize user experience, increase engagement, and improve conversion rates across our digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of web analytics tools, user behavior, and digital marketing strategies.


A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Administer Infor's Google Marketing Platform, including Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Optimize, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Work to enforce Infor's data privacy policies regarding the tracking of users on our web properties.
  • Administer data sources, interpret data, and present findings.
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of current standards, best practices, and progression of systems around web, analytics and privacy.
  • Making sure data is kept clean of spam, bots, duplicates and error.

·        Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience educating others about best practices, analytic evolutions and requirements to maintain privacy compliance.
  • Experience managing compliance of public web pages including GDPR and CCPA compliance.
  • Web marketing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Excel. Familiarity with SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights all stakeholders.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data. 
  • Project management experience.

Location: Remote Based (Dallas, TX, Alpharetta, GA, Saint Paul, MN)
