Description & Requirements

The Go-To-Market Management team is responsible for ensuring Infor’s clients realize tangible value in their relationship with Infor.  We are looking for a Director, Go-To-Market Management for Infor’s Platform Technology Team, including Infor OS, AI, Machine Learning and Robotic Process Automation.  

You will be responsible for driving pipeline development by creating content, directing sales plays, measuring campaign effectiveness, promoting customer success, and ensuring partner alignment.  In addition, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent, repeatable, and streamlined approach to messaging across the array of business personas Infor delivers value to. This includes leading the creation, curation, execution, and measurement of programs that establish a new standard of sales excellence within Infor. The role focuses on building sales strategies and tactics to drive sales pipeline, including content development, launch cadence, and persona development.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

·       Sales play and program development, execution, and tracking aligned with executive priorities and in close collaboration with Industry Strategy, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales.

·       Align integrated campaigns, including Platform Technology strategy and content creation, in partnership with Industry Strategy and our 3rd party Marketing agency.

·       Maintain a high and accurate knowledge level of business concepts, business processes and efficiency factors to ways to increase performance and business excellence for prospects. This will include a strong knowledge of Infor Cloud technology.

·       Coordinate with Marketing on integrated campaigns focused on technology and applied innovation.

·       Define BOM to support sales efforts across Infor Platform Technology.

Basic Qualifications:

·       Ability to influence “C” level executives via compelling messaging as sourced from Industry Strategy.

·       Ability to understand complicated business processes, ask questions to understand the value within them, and convert this information into easy-to-understand stories.

·       Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrated initiative in taking ownership of all assigned responsibilities, deliverables, and results.

·        Project management skills and the ability to organize and manage content that evolves over time.

·       Up to 25% travel

·       Provide a portfolio of GTM materials.

Preferred Qualifications:   

·       Knowledge and experience with Infor’s business processes.

·       Previous SaaS Go To Market experience in an SaaS organization.

·       Previous Product Management experience in a SaaS organization.

·       Previous experience communicating the value of AI/Machine Learning and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

·       Demonstrate an understanding and have experience in buyer persona messaging.

·       Ability and willingness to establish business relationships and collaborate across teams; Industry Strategy, Marketing and Sales/Sales support roles.

Location:  Remote Based USA (Alpharetta, GA; Dallas, TX; Greenville, SC; St. Paul, MN)
