The Go-To-Market Manager is a critical role within Infor’s Managed Services business in the Americas. In this role you will work with leadership from both Managed Services as well as stakeholder groups across Infor to develop and deliver programs that enable and drive the growth of the Services business. Responsibilities include building and maintaining cross functional relationships and translating market and business needs into growth focused messaging, plans, and results.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Understand the objectives and priorities of the Infor Managed Services business and their relationship to Infor’s strategic vision.
  • Identify growth opportunities and propose, manage, and execute initiatives and programs to realize those objectives.
  • Enable Infor services sellers through the creation and delivery of sales assets, enablement sessions, and sales communications.
  • Enable non-selling customer-facing teams across Infor on the Managed Services value proposition, how to identify needs, and how to develop a sales opportunity.
  • Strategically leverage available communication channels to amplify the Managed Services value message across Infor.
  • Partner and coordinate with Marketing to develop external facing messaging, collateral, presence, and communication.
  • Collaboratively develop and manage our ongoing go-to-market plan.
  • Measure, analyze, and report results of our go-to-market activities and help to develop Managed Services objectives and priorities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in Go-To-Market execution or a combination of sales, business development, sales enablement or marketing within a software or technology services business.
  • Experience working with sales leaders in developing sales strategies.  
  • Experience identifying growth opportunities and proposing, managing, and executing initiatives and programs to realize sales objectives.
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for internal team, customer, and executive audiences.
  • Project Management or Program Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Experience with sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Location:  Remote USA (St. Paul, MN, Alpharetta, GA, Dallas, TX)
