Position Summary

We are looking for a bright, driven, enthusiastic salesperson to join an explosive growth organisation within Infor. This position is within Infor´s EMEA Inside Sales team and will be located in Barcelona. We are looking for an individual preferable Dutch or any Nordic speaking language within a team of inside sales professionals, managing a set of customer accounts to sell additional licenses and solutions in order to further develop Infor’s footprint within our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/quotas. This includes regular forecasts to regional sales manager and above.
  • Build credible relationships within the Infor family of installed accounts, in order to create, manage, and close sales opportunities.
  • Learn and present the value proposition for Infor’s business solutions within a specific family of products, and potentially within a specific industry.
  • Frequently work in a team environment with Pre-sales Consultants, Consulting Sales and other internal departments.
  • Utilize, and accurately update Infor customer, forecasting, and pipeline management computer systems.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly, both verbally and in writing, with customers, various internal departments, and your manager.
  • Prepare and present quarterly Territory/Business plans and reviews.

Key Requirements/Experience

  • Spanish/Portuguese/Italian(bilingual) and fluent in English 
  • Minimum one and a half years of previous software sales experience.
  • IBM i-Series experience is a plus.
  • High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving, and challenging environment.
  • Demonstrate passion for your company, solutions, customers, and achieving lofty goals.
  • Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, with above high organisational planning, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, both face to face, as well as over telephone and internet.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent complex sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members.
  • Preferred, but not required: Management/Supervisory experience, athletics success, either individual or team sports, student body leadership positions, participation in charitable organisations.
  • A good level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Right to live and work in Spain (possession of any required visas or permits)
