Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize your territory with your set of accounts;
  • Forecast accurately by quarter
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Build the internal team to transform your opportunities into booking business
  • Manage the entire sales cycle
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Work closely with aligned field reps
  • Source new sale opportunities through outbound calls, social selling and emails
  • Build consistent pipeline
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Perform effect online demos to our client base
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
  • Route qualified opportunities to aligned field rep for larger revenue deals
  • Delivering forecasted revenue
  • Execute on lead generation, call program activities with field counterpart and wider team
  • Penetration on named focus accounts and grow territory
  • Increase customer Infor brand awareness
  • Cross Sell

Key Requirements/Experience You have

  • Native/Bilingual French with excellent English (Spanish language is a plus)
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in international trade or similar
  • Proven Inside Sales experience within the software industry (ideally ERP sales)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (in both languages)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage numerous sales cycles
  • Managing your time in an efficient way
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Strong phone presence and experience
  • Team player
  • Hunter mentality
  • Adaptable to change
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM, back office and quoting tools
