Description & Requirements

JOB SUMMARY:  

Partner with business leaders to map business and talent goals, and establish the learning architecture required to support business objectives. 

Effectively use a variety of education methods, deliverables and activities including, but not limited to: web-based training and instructor-led training. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate the design, creation and execution of training efforts to support business needs
  • Cross-functional collaboration to create new content/leverage existing learning solutions
  • Adherence to set standards to deliver, track and evaluate learning solutions
  • Ensure that courses are set up and uploaded to the LMS accurately and within the stipulated timelines
  • Create training methodology documentation and project plans
  • Create and track L&D metrics and utilize them to engage management wherever required
  • Utilize recent industry experience to make appropriate design decisions
  • Ability to facilitate high quality learner focused programs

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-5 years of experience in instructional designing

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

  • Proficient in designing and developing training content using Adobe Captivate
  • Good understanding of Instructional Design principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Proficient in time management and working independently

PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE: 

Ability to apply adult learning principles in training design and delivery
