The essential duties of the Business Analyst in M3BE Supply Chain Execution Development include gathering and analyzing business requirements to define system specifications and ensuring that solutions meet operational needs. This involves conducting detailed process assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with development teams to implement enhancements. The Business Analyst is also responsible for validating system functionality through testing, providing training and support to users, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Additionally, they facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment, document processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operations.

What You Will Need?
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, supply chain management, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, preferably within ERP systems or supply chain execution software.
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, process modeling, and project management methodologies is also required, along with experience in testing, troubleshooting, and process optimization within complex business environments.
