Description & Requirements

The role is accountable for business management; reference-able executive level business relationships with clients; the definition and delivery of projects that meet project timeline, quality, profit, and client satisfaction objectives. Responsible for successful delivery of large and/or multiple projects across ASEAN.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Lead the Project Managers to effectively manage all projects and leading the organization in order to achieve and maintain project delivery excellence.
  • Review services proposals during sales stage ensuring key risks are discussed with Practice Managers/Directors and addressed.
  • Responsible for leading and driving overall program governance and structure for the ASEAN region ensuring adherence to Infor’s standard guidelines for project implementation.
  • Influence multiple cross-functional teams and communicate with senior management to facilitate projects and ensure performance meets goals consistently
  • Provide strong leadership to team including developing and monitoring individual and team performance goals, coaching project managers and senior individual contributors, and driving major change initiatives
  • Partner with HR organization and implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated project management team.
  • Manage project portfolio to ensure all ongoing deliverables are met and executed within agreed Customer Agreements.
  • Provide senior management with regular status updates on portfolio of projects managed.
  • Ensures projects are completed within committed time and budget and are integrated with other business and related projects.
  • Drives all project financials and ensures that project financial goals are met.
  • Ensures timely reporting of customer satisfaction scores,  project dashboards and statuses.
  • Play key role in project reviews and proactive identification of issues and back to green plans for inflight projects.
  • Drive the performance base metrics reporting, process improvement projects and quality certification.
  • Monitor and manage project escalations; conduct appropriate project quality reviews as needed and devise strategies for improvements.
  • Ensures revenue and resource forecasts are updated timely by project managers.
  • Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews.
  • Design and lead initiatives and programs focused on achieving best-in-class status and improving customer and employee satisfaction
  • Develops and implements communication and reporting mechanisms to manage issues, risks and timely delivery of initiative results.

What You Will Need:

Required skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience leading a Professional Services/Consulting organization 
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of services industry and enterprise software services, ideally some cloud-based experience
  • Previous program management experience with P & L responsibilities
  • Excellent oral, written, cross functional and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
  • Strong business acumen, with proven ability to leverage knowledge base to quickly come up to speed in new business areas and new types of projects
