The Manager, IT Business Solutions Delivery is responsible for overseeing a team of Business Analysts (BAs) who are tasked with supporting and optimizing the systems and processes related to finance operations. They will ensure that all initiatives align with the business objectives and drive value creation through effective system management and process improvements.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Team Leadership and Development - Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of BAs assigned to Finance. Promote knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to Financial systems, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards. Allocate resources effectively based on priority and value creation, ensuring optimal utilization of team skills and capabilities.
  • Oversee the analysis team to identify areas for improvement, ensure system integration, and enhance functionality. Partner with business and IT teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Actively seek to understand and meet the needs of internal stakeholders in Finance, delivering high-quality support and solutions. Encourage constructive challenge and open dialogue to drive better decision-making and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, performance, and reliability of Financial systems. Implement best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain platform operational playbooks to standardize procedures and improve system reliability
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services and solutions.
Basic Qualifications:   
  • Experience in IT or Business Analysis roles, with some experience in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Experience leading and developing a team, managing projects, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Experience conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:  
  • Finance applications Experience
  • Relevant certifications in Business Analysis.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
